How to order
Step 1: Visit the Avoca Web shop at Osaka: Teamwear: AVOCA | Osaka World
Step 2: Choose your items selecting the colour as black, the size, personalising with the Avoca logo, and then Add to cart. Note: Only where it’s an option - jerseys don’t need colour selection or personalisation, not do socks.
Important: For any item with a green "Personalize" button, select Avoca from the club list and choose the correct logo (white text for dark coloured items, black text for light coloured items). Please do not add names or numbers to any items. For more info, see the detailed instructions below.
Step 3: Repeat this process to fill your cart with each item you need.
Step 4: When you choose to checkout, ensure to add the following codes one at a time and hit apply:
20% discount code is: CLUB-AVOCA-20 (only available until the end of September 2026)
10% discount code is: CLUB-AVOCA-10 (use after September 2026)
Free shipping code is: FREESHIP-CLUB-AVOCA (not usually required)
Free home jersey code is: CLUB-AVOCA-FJ26
Note on discounts: The free home jersey code only works once per order. Therefore, if for example you are ordering for three people, then please place three separate orders using all discount codes each time. For example, a family with three players will place three separate orders each with one pair of shorts/skorts, one pair of socks, and one home jersey (and optionally an away jersey, Avoca hoodie, and rain jacket).
Note on sizing: Please use the sizing guide on the Osaka website - it is quite accurate. Watch out for Club communications… we will host a number of sizing sessions at Newpark where you can try on sample kit for size over the summer.
Warning - Custom Avoca items, such as jerseys and items with the Avoca cannot be returned to Osaka due to being the wrong size only, they can only be returned if they are damaged/faulty. If you are unsure of sizes, please try out at one of our sizing sessions before you purchase.
Make sure to get personalisation right:
For shorts, skorts, rain jackets and any other items with a green ‘Personalize’ button you must complete the personalisation step correctly.
1. Select your colour and size first
2. Wait a few seconds for the green “Personalize” button to appear below “Add to cart”
3. Click “Personalize”
4. In the Club drop down, select Avoca
5. Choose the correct logo:
a. White text logo for black or dark-coloured items
b. Black text logo for white or light-coloured items
Do NOT add names or numbers.
Please note that personalised items may be difficult or impossible to return. To avoid unnecessary cost, please do not add names, initials, or numbers, and make sure the correct Avoca logo is selected before ordering.
Additional information
As with any supplier, your transaction is with Osaka – the Club are not involved in the process.
All order-related queries, returns and issues need to be addressed to Osaka customer service via their website.
